  • Pros

  • While we do not have any catering aspects to our operations, iVvy has the ability to be tailored to our needs. SENSITIVE CONTENT] our trainer has been delightful to work with.
  • Cloud based management with ability to access from all devices. Allows me to check availability and process inquiries during meetings with prospective clients.
  • Cons

  • Setting up payment was difficult due to us being in New Zealand. First financial person we dealt with gave us financial/payment advice on the basis that we were in Australia which was stressful.
  • Had problems with the table allocation module.

  • Once you set up an event, it's fairly easy to duplicate and set up any future events for each individual location. The Tix software looks like it's a part of our site once integrated.
  • Tix is easy to use for staff and customers. I have shopped the competition and appreciate the pricing and service that Tix provides.
