  • Ease of use and customer support. Reports were useful and easy to customize.
  • Easy to use and the customer service is very responsive.
  • Cons

  • The inability to have a store for merchandise separate from adding to a ticket. Refunds & exchanges to multi day events can get very confusing.
  • Even leaving notes about orders that you couldn't later update would get irritating for the small space provided.
