I disliked how much the program cost. It's too expensive for me.

As an early user my experience is limited but I do like what I have seen so far.

Faxing is not necessarily a thing of the past. And when you need it, it needs to be quick and easy without the headache of maintaining a fax machine. iFax is the perfect fit.

iFax advertises a one-week free trial to sample their product AND IF SATISFIED, a MONTHLY auto renewal. Instead, though I cancelled the free trial after I sampled it (on the 2nd day), they nonetheless charged my credit card for ONE YEAR'S MAX SUBSCRIPTION.

Their offer is a scam. The free sample trial is phishing for cc #

We don't use a fax machine that often. By being able to pay for individual faxes as we need them, we have the best of all worlds.

It was hard to get to the point where I was informed that I could pay by the fax.

Sign up was a breeze and from start to end fax was only a 5 minute process. Great for someone who is super busy and does not have time to click around trying to figure out how to upload and send a document. This site is perfect for someone who needs to send an occasional fax, but doesn't want a subscription. I'm very happy I stumbled across iFax.

I was able to sign up and send a fax within five minutes! For once a service that advertised as free was actually free. I don't send many faxes so a free option was perfect. The program is user friendly.

Ease of use for the very first time I tried it.

There is no personal option other than the Free Trial for a single person to use the service only occasionally. This time, my first time to use the service, I had 5 faxes to send which is the maximum monthly for the Free Trial. That might be better specified as a fixed number on an annual basis, such as 60, to be used at any time during the subscribed to year.

This was a horrible experience and I will never recommend this to others. I tried so many times to unsubscribed and your website wouldn't allow my request even after I sent an email your company would not refund me. I will continue writing negative reviews about your site and lack of customer service.

This software was easy to send fax but I never received a confirmation from the receiver that they got the fax.

This was a complete scam. I sent my fax and I never received confirmation that the receiver got it. I went to cancel my free trial the day before and their website was not easy. I kept filling out a survey regarding why I left but never had a confirmation that my account was deactivated. I tried sending an email to cancel but they have no record of it even when I showed screenshots from my outbox. I was then charged 99$ and customer service told me to talk to paypall and paypall couldn't refund me. This is a SCAM!

Ease of instructions and speed of sending a fax; so brilliantly simplified, it is unbelievable. Remember the old fax machines that would chew up the paper , the dialing up system was way-too complicated (especially if linked to a PABX system), and there was no assurance the fax actually reached the supposed recipient.

Nothing at all! IT IS NO WELL DESIGNED THAT ONE COULD NOT DISLIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SERVICE. WHY SHOULD ONE, IT IS FREE: SO IF IT WORKS IT WORKS , IF IT DOES NOT WORK, WE MOVE ON TO THE NEXT CHAP AROUND THE BLOCK.

I needed a simple to use cost effective faxing app. iFax has filled that niche for me.

I was able to fax within 5 minutes and it went flawlessly. Fax was fast and reliable.
