This app is very user friendly especially with UI and UX support. Customisable based on the requirement. Quick support. highly recommended.

A Very Practical CRM Tool - HappSales

I have used other well known CRM software, at various Multi-national. HappSales is by far the most practical and Field-Uset friendly CRM.

PROS

Very User Friendly. Light weight. Good Reporting features. Voice commands.

CONS

Not many cons that I see at this point. Only if the user can also have a Web Portal view, bulk updates would have been easier to do.

Reason for choosing HappSales

Ease of use. Customisations were made possible by the team to accommodate certain process unique to our organisation.

Make your team Accountable , Productive and imbibe the culture of self performance monitoring !!

As a sales leader it has helped me in making the sales team more accountable and productive. That's the whole battel for any organization.

PROS

It integrates all the activities executed by the sales team and give them clear picture that how their current efforts has impacted their quarterly goals. This gives sales person a clear direction and helps them with self monitoring .

CONS

As it is has been created keeping all existing industries in mind , but it would have added more value if it could have had more flexibility of customization industry specific. customization has limitations currently.

Reasons for switching to HappSales

The older product would have been helpful in a ideal work environment.
