The sales keep rolling in!

PROS

Once set up, the online sales started coming in consistently and frequently. New sales via Click to Buy are much faster to process, since it handles bother the "salesman" side, paperwork, and initial paperwork. We've also managed to cpature many sales outisde of regular business hours, that we may have lost otherwise.

CONS

Would love to have the scheduling side integrated with our current software. We haven't pursued that quite yet, but hope to focus on that sometime in the near future. The Click to Buy team is extremely responsive and supportive, so I feel they will be ready to make this happen when we are ready.

So far, we love this product

So far, great - the customer service is outstanding and the onboarding team really takes the time to help our clients get set up the right way the first time. They are quick to respond to any issues too. The product also is very reliable.

PROS

Click to Buy is the first product we've seen that can successfully enable online shopping for our home service companies. I was really well thought out. Our clients love the service pricing options, flexibility, and ability to combine paid services and free estimates into the checkout process.

CONS

It would be great if it could integrate more closely with some of the industry-specific giants, but I know the Click to Buy team is working on this and it's a very big lift. They do have Zapier integration which has been super helpful though.

Better UI, more flexible, and intuitively built to really help home services companies sell online.

Great Product, to showcase our products.

It's been extremely pleasant, and [sensitive content hidden] is extremely helpful.

PROS

The ease of use and how clean the product was. It has the ability to add just about every detail we need shown, and allows plenty of customization for our clients and us.

CONS

There really isn't anything not to like, it works as expected. If we could bypass the address verification that requires sq footage to purchase, it would be perfect.
