This application is best application for Lawn care companies as it maintain it's users and services on their properties very well.

Integration with Quick Books, Scheduling & Easy to navigate.

We need to be able to do that. The Crew Position does not work very well at all... very delayed and sometime doesn't even find the crew.

We have lost several customers due to the CLIP ITC billing problems. We've lost some credibility due to billing issues.

But once I have learned how to do something, then I really like what it does. It is a good program for the money.

Its a great program i have used there software cents 1985 and they have come up with newer and better software and each time i have enjoyed each upgrade and have not regretted it at all.

Takes a load off my mind knowing a costumer won’t be skipped or forgotten but it’s all in the software.

I have been very happy with the amount of time it has saved me, and allowed me to be more accurate in the functions listed above.

There customer service is just as amazing. Over all great software to run a big or small lawn and landscaping company.

The support is great, they always work quickly to answer questions or resolve issues. The staff is very personable also.

I've used they base Clip Desktop for years. Support is poor, fixes break other parts of the system and they'll blame your computer.

The integration with cardpointe/bluepay has been great. Not having to pull bills, run cards manually and then enter payments in has been a time saver.

Difficult to calculate charges based on time spent at job. AM/PM shortcuts are not available.

I have had to have contact with a technician and on several occasions each time I was provided very prompt and excellent customer service.

Great customer service, easy enough for my guys in field to manage the application.

It can be very difficult to get a hold of anyone in customer service. This can be very frustrating when trying to figure out an issue or problem.

I like that CLIPitc is in the cloud. The report functionality is great as well, with may upgrades over CLIPxe.

There were multiple times where our invoices didn't sync through to quickbooks. From there it was really difficult to find them.

When we set up a pattern program (pattern program is any recurring job done for many customers), there is no where to set up pricing.

This led to customer balance issues in clip as well as in quickbooks. It got so bad to where I seemed to be ignored from tech support and they did not seem to know how to fix my problem.

I still believe it to be the best. The ability to manipulate the workbank at billing, as well.

Its easy to use in itself. Keeps tract of time very easily so tracking efficiency is very easy which is a very important thing to track in our business.

I didn’t know wether to stick it out with clip or give up on the program. I lost of hours in the office I will never get back.

Create powerful merge reports are some of my favorite features. Also the ability to quickly reformat route sheets and manually order them is great.

Easy to use, realtime communication with engineers, reporting tools.

The application is highly configurable, configurations are quick and easy to deploy.

I like it that your contacts try to assist you.

Scheduling Agenda and easy to interface configuration.

What I hate is that it's not user friendly but mostly that the bugs are many times only fixed with the next release. And that release sometimes causes new issues.

Missing a customer portal that matches our services.

But since this is a business decission we have no choice.

Everyone can create a view in the software that allows them to view what they need to see to make the best of their work.

Standard a lot of functions and field service supported with several apps, easy adjusting the questionnaire and planning views.

Due to it's highly configurable nature, it's sometimes also gets you lost in the options. You really need to think through what you need to see and what rules you need to apply.

A lot of knowledge on the system and friendly support.

The contacts with the Gomocha team when requesting new features and adaption are very pleasant and professional.

For me as planner it's ok in use, for the guys on the road with the mobile version, updates are bad, constant errors.
