  • Pros

  • I like that it has a clock in and out system along with GPS tracking that builds my clients trust by letting them know that I'm doing the job that they're paying me to do.
  • The customer support is great and they are very quick to get back to us with answers.
  • Cons

  • Invoicing errors with packages and paid / unpaid records, very confusing.
  • My clients don't think to look there because it makes them think of insurance so they skip it. The tutorial videos are hard to learn from due to no sound.

  • Intuitive and clean interface. App and website both work great.
  • Verification pictures are another great aspect to owners and cleaners who like to gather evidence.
  • Cons

  • So far we haven't been overly impressed with the calendar syncing and updating. It tends to lag quite a bit and poses some problems scheduling last minute bookings with our cleaners.
  • Software is at times buggy. Service staff continue to struggle with the technology, and it is not easy enough for them to use in most cases.
