  • Pros

  • The software is good and the customer service has been great as well. I would consider it the best, or certainly the top tier, of what is available.
  • I like that landscape designs can be colored and are very impressive looking to clients. I also love that the designs can be imported into Dynascape Manage and automatically create a proposal.
  • When a revision is necessary being able to quickly make that change and print a new sheet is so nice and I am thankful for having that capability.
  • Cons

  • Trying to tackle learning the software alone was very difficult for me. It wasn't until after learning from her that the videos made sense and I can utilize them now when I'm stuck on a feature.
  • Job tracking is dreadful. Not at all flexible and very confusing.
  • Poor functionality in some tools (take off tools that cannot interpret outlines without cutting and pasting the polygon to the side and measuring it as a separate entity).

  • A very user friendly software product with a great support team who are always working to make it better. We have already recommended it and got others in the industry using it.
  • It integrates seamlessly to Xero which has made it very simple to implement. We like the ability to track staff when required and the fact that it has a full health and safety component also.
  • Its also provides us with good analytical data on jobs, so we can see our margins and net profit we are making. Very happy with the service provided.
  • Cons

  • Every now and then if pushed wrong button to escape would loose the email draft.
  • Lack of fields in parts database, no link to google calendar, no subtotals to match sub headings in quotes and invoices, no photos linked to parts.
  • It's always hard changing software, so the change was painful.
