The bigger pest control companies dominate the commercial market predominantly because they can provide detailed digital reports. Now with ePestReports all companies, no matter the size, can compete very favourably in terms of the types of reporting they can offer customers. The program and app allow you to customise the level of reporting you offer customers. The local cafe doesn't require the same level of reporting as a major food manufacturer. The cafe will still require a standard such as - activity levels, what was conducted on site, recommendations, details of chemicals used on site including where, dilution rates, batch numbers etc. The food manufacturer will also require activity levels per station, amount of bait used per station and the data needs to provide trend analysis and heat maps for various areas. You can also provide photos at any level of reporting. Technicians access customer details while on the road via the app and also have access to site contact, phone number, email address, previous service reports, n... otes from last service and also any site instructions. Even technicians who are new to a site will have access to all information required to enable them to enter a site a conduct a service. The app has been designed to make the reporting function quick and simple so as to improve technician efficiency and productivity. A standard report will take around 90 seconds to complete, gain a customer signature, add photos and submit. A large site with 200 stations will take less than 10 minutes to complete the report and include all individual station activity data via our unique 'tap and swipe method'. You can also offer bar code scanning of stations if you wish. All reports are available to customers/auditors etc via the CUSTOMER PORTAL as well as all compliance documents (SDS, licences, insurances etc) and any site specific documents (site plans, Service Agreements etc) Another unique feature to ePestReports is the ability to create a 'pest control invoice' complete with job description, recommendations, chemical list, weather conditions and a link to compliance documentation. This feature saves completing separate job reports and invoices. Invoices are viewed and managed by a simple, effective debtor control system. It should be stated that ePestReports is not a business management program (although it does contain many business management features). The primary function of ePestReports is as a commercial reporting digital tool.
