FieldConnect enables users to manage work orders and customer agreements, send schedules, track technicians’ activities and time, complete inspection forms and manage parts and materials used to service work orders. The solution also enables customers to submit service requests and manage subcontractors. It includes support for voice-to-text notetaking and e-signatures.

Users can also obtain equipment and site history whether the device is online or offline.
