  • Pros

  • Since day 1, working with FieldEdge has been a delight. Every person we have encountered has been positive, knowledgable and helpful.
  • Customer love that they get detailed written invoices and quotes promptly emailed to them. Dispatchers love see where the techs are in the day so they can squeeze in an extra service call or two.
  • All in all, it is a great tool that can be as simple or complex as you want it to be.
  • Cons

  • Everything takes 20 extra steps to complete support is useless techs hate it information is lost connection with quickbooks is a major issue. WHAT YOU ARE SOLD IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.
  • Not mobile friendly for the office side, terrible tech support, unable to import data from Housecall Pro, price is higher than other systems and doesn't offer anything special.
  • Glitchy, overpriced and a complete disappointment.

  • The versatility and ease of navigation, is also quite friendly to navigation for my technicians who do not have a great academic preparation.
  • Fracttal is robust software that can provide excellent asset management for maintenance companies. I believe it is an innovation in maintenance management.
  • Easy to use, intuitive, the support is very good, the platform itself has good development and interesting raodmap.
  • Cons

  • The part of the codes because when a code is repeated by mistake, it deletes all the information already added and I understand that it should be that only the repeated part is edited.
  • The pause function is missing; and the reason for the pause.
  • There are not many things to say. One particular example of how to calculate the estimated average value of a meter seems poor to me.
