Review of Fixably
Fixably is a one stop shop for powerful repair processing and customer centric service portal. There are some user experience issues but these can be overseen due to its great integration capabilities and ease to use.
Pros
I think Fixably is a powerful tool to facilitate repairs and service orders. The system is powerful and stable with disruptions happening maybe once each quarter. The automated processes works well and we are able to communicate in a good way with our customers. The team behind it are people who strive to deliver a great product.
Cons
When we got the system demo:ed for us, we got an impression that the system is highly customisable. We asked about advanced features in a calm and clear way and got the response that this was possible. Upon launch, we requested a feature that was crucial for our needs. After many weeks and a uphill battle (this is impossible, we can't do this), Fixably delivered a perfect solution. However, looking back at our demo we didn't see the highly customisable system that we got sold, even though we did get the option to onboard an enterprise plan which is ten times as expensive as the standard one.
Reasons for choosing Fixably
Fixably got back to us and we booked a meeting. The options left for us was to create our own system which would require ongoing support and updating, so Fixably was the sole option.
Reasons for switching to Fixably
We had a repair system custom made for us which was over ten years old. This system required manual interaction and couldn't handle a larger amount of repairs.

An effective, intuitive and efficient all in one solution
Overall experience has been fantastic. Once we were set up and familiar with the workflow changes, it has been smooth sailing and well worth the cost.
Pros
The feature list is deep and well thought out. The Fixably team know their market and have developed a product that resolves 99% of the aches and pains of working in this sector. Our technicians are happy, the workflows are easy and efficient. Admin and Paperwork time is a quarter or less of what it used to be with other solutions. Repair tracking and insights are the best out of any solution we've tried. Performance and Stability has been impressive and incredibly reliable. The support team have been quick, responsive and more than happy to spend the time with their customer to find a resolution to any issues that pop up.
Cons
There is limited documentation, which can lead to contacting support team for some simpler questions that could be avoided. The workflow does differ slightly to how most OCE/APAC AASP's run, however a couple moments getting familiar with the changes and it's not an issue.
Reasons for choosing Fixably
Fixably is by far the best solution we've found as an AASP. GSX integration into the repair workflow, automations, customer contact automations. Paperless systems. We haven't seen a better solution yet.
Reasons for switching to Fixably
No GSX integration and a basic ticketing system was no longer a viable business strategy for a growing business.

A fantastic solution for Apple Authorised Service Providers
Fixably provides a solution to our needs as an Apple Authorised Service Provider. It gives our technicians a robust system to record all details required when performing Apple product repairs, and to keep customers up-to-date and informed as to where their repair is. Our techs are able to keep accurate and time-stamped records and with most repairs they do not have to leave the Fixably environment t from start to finish.
Pros
Great customer support from the Fixably team when initially testing and setting up. Being web-based there is no requirement for new hardware. The system scales well and initial staff training was straight-forward. Integration with Apple's GSX API is efficient and resolves having to re-enter information. Historical records are easy to access across multiple locations, and the Customer portal integration makes communication with customers very efficient.
Cons
There are still some integrations for our location and some functionality that we are waiting on, but the development t team seems to be pushing forward rapidly.
Reasons for choosing Fixably
Initial quick response from sales team, and also an understanding of our business and what we needed. Pricing was a little more than we expected, but has proven to be worth it.

LightSpeed Onsite no longer supports Apple's GSX API.

A great solution for service providers
Fixably is a great product for service providers across a number of different industries. Integration with Apple's systems has created a high degree of efficiency within our process. The feedback from our teams is that they enjoy using Fixably on a day to day basis as they need to spend less time working on administrative tasks. New and interesting features are always in the pipeline and Fixably's team is generally great to collaborate with on new ideas or challenges.
Pros
For high volume service locations, efficiently servicing customers is critically important. With direct integration with GSX, Fixably makes appointment queues, customer information and device details available at our fingertips. Our technicians are able to efficiently processes repairs without having to waste time transferring information between systems. Further automation since launch has further enhanced an already great system. The platform is incredibly stable with very limited disruptions. When technical issues do arise, support is quick and efficient.
Cons
When we had our initial demos of Fixably, we may have misinterpreted that there may have been more flexibility in workflow. During our onboarding, it became apparent that there was less flexibility than anticipated in the standard installation. This hasn’t been an issue for us as Fixably is generally receptive to feature requests and the customer support is very good.

Best ERP
Pros
The software has been custom made for our business and it does things that none other does that I have seen in the past 15 years. It helps us greatly to be more efficient on the work we do and saves us great deal of time and money. We have also improved our customer satisfaction thanks to less human errors and better automated communication.
Cons
Still in development. However the team reacts fast whenever there is a problem.

The suppt form the Team is excellent and they are dedicated to helping make the software work for your specific needs
Pros
I love the GSX Integration and how it has made life easier and quicker for our Technicians. I also love the ability to see the workflow of a job in the timeline and be able to attach photos to the repair within the system. I love how customisable it.
Cons
There is a lot to set up and you need to have a little bit of a coding understanding to be able to do this effectively. Id like to see more flexibility in the transparency from one use to the next to that as an admn, you can see all the workflows
