My job requires a lot of operations and control, in order to accomplish both daily tasks as well as management reports regarding fleet usage, CO2 emissions, compliance and cost control. We used to have different GPS tracking or fleet management local solutions but none of them were complex enough. So we searched for a complex solution to cover all our requests. We started with FleetMaster al local level and we have seen the results. After a few years of operation, the company decided to have a bid at global level for a global fleet management tool and FleetMaster has been chosen as global solution for our entire fleet (in over 70 countries). Now we are using FleetMaster both at local level to manage daily operations as well as at global level, in order to analyze and report in a centralized manner, for a fleet that counts around 9.000 vehicles.

on my experience i did not find something to not like. All capabilities are well integrated and flexible which give you possibility to create your own scenarios.

What can be measured can be managed! This tool facilitates end-to-end fleet management.

The software takes big data and displays it in ways which allow businesses to make fact-based decisions about fleet. Beyond the tool being very intuitive, the customer support is responsive and exceptional! Customized processing of the data received from the GPS units facilitates GDPR compliance.

Cons are few, challenges around integration with the company are primarily related to the company: slow uptake of telematics units in the vehicles and getting GDPR compliance approved within our organization.

Overall great experience especially as we are now in full control of all data. We have simplified our internal process (no more excel sheets anymore) with implementation of this FleetMaster tool.

I'm using FleetMaster in my daily work in order. FleetMaster is our global solution for our entire fleet. All car fleet related data is administrated by my team in 1 database. This enables me to have full control on all operational activities, f.e. fleet usage, CO2 emissions, compliance and cost control. Besides that there is the telematics part of this solution, which is easy to deploy and generates a lot of real time data from cars. All this data generates a lot of insight in the fleet operations, improving our ways of working and results in cost savings. Integration was not difficult, training and support were provided in a very user friendly atmosphere.

The complexity of the data you can input/output from the software/system.

Sometimes, especially using the templates to upload into the system, you can easily get lost into the software (of course it depends on the experience level of each user).

Good tool with very quick intervention from FleetMaster teem when needed.

The product is easy to use and it is was easy to adapt to our needs.

Of course that are things to be improved but we are in close touch with the team and we will adapt the tool to our complete needs.
