Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Great customer service, fairly easy to use software

  • I like the drag and drop option. I like the colour code of statues, even though i feel like more colours should be added.

  • Cons

  • Reporting is easy to use and functional but can't produce comprehensive custom reporting.

  • The lack of ability to customize the Loc8 lite. I need to be able to adjust what info is sent to my clients vs tech team.

  • Pros

  • I loved its ease of use and how easy it was to teach my workers how to use it. It also has tons of extras that really come in handy when it comes to managing all aspects of business

  • Absolutely wonderful for repeat maintenance jobs and one time jobs. We never miss any billing because the employees only go to places on their mobile schedules.

  • Cons

  • It can become expensive as mobile users are added. It can be difficult to learn because it is complex. Once you understand the system, it is not difficult to use.

  • Not really anything I can point out. It has the occasional glitch, but what powerful app/software doesn't.
