As a result, we were able to roll the tool out fast and reduce our costs due to an improved quality of field work. What I loved is that those results became visible in a couple of months. Finally, we've moved from Excel and a bunch of services to control our field technicians to a single entity that allows us to manage everything in one place. The UI is good and you can get used to it very fast, which is good for our field employees, many of whom are not tech-savvy for complex IT products. Cons: No actual cons, I like it so far!
