Planado is a tool that provides must-have features like check lists, image reports, map tracking, and dispatch management. Planado allows you to understand that an employee has finished the assignment even if they didn’t hit the app’s corresponding button. You can also tell if the amount of time they spent on a particular task is reasonable since you can check out a complete history of their actions in the app. Besides, monitoring checklists, Planado can help managers control the operations more efficiently. Another way to ensure quality is to get employees to send photo reports of the completed work (which can also be a step in a checklist).

Smooth Integration & Brilliant Flexibility!

PROS

We've started using Planado because of its flexibility and great API that allowed us to integrate it easily with our current infrastructure with no much hassle. As a result, we were able to roll the tool out fast and reduce our costs due to an improved quality of field work. What I loved is that those results became visible in a couple of months. Finally, we've moved from Excel and a bunch of services to control our field technicians to a single entity that allows us to manage everything in one place. The UI is good and you can get used to it very fast, which is good for our field employees, many of whom are not tech-savvy for complex IT products.

CONS

No actual cons, I like it so far! Everything works perfectly.

Why should you choose this best platform in the word ?!

Planado helped us to switch from Google spreadsheets and paper documents and get a one-point entry for our data within a single app, reducing management overhead. Eventually, this solution allowed us to become a more efficient company and boosted our revenues. I can definitely recommend this app to any company working in the field and looking for an automation opportunities.

Thank You For One Year of Quality Service

PROS

We have implemented Planado more than a year ago, and we are really satisfied. In our opinion, it's the best field management service. Thanks to Planado, we have managed to build a handy system for communication between the office and field teams; moreover we have increased the number of field trips twice! An outstanding service for managing field service. It has an easy-to-understand dispatcher interface and a user-friendly mobile app. Overall, Planado improved the performance of our field technicians and made it more effective with the help of built-in hints and check lists.

CONS

I would love the built-in checklists to come with an alarm system that sends a reminder.

Great tool to boost your field service!

We do have not that big field part in our business. But it is still important as it helps to establish good relationships with our b2b customers. So, all work that is done in the field should be of high-quality, and Planado very much helps us to achieve great results here.

PROS

Checklists and flexible schedules are perfect. These features help us to maintain high quality of the work, and avoid lost revenues due to cancelled appointments. We can adapt rapidly and re-route our employees.

CONS

For the integrations part I'd expect deeper bundling with the US-based accounting solutions like QuickBooks.

We compared Planado to ServiceTitan, and it turned out to be less expensive and more flexible.

Really good tool for field services

Planado allows us to improve communication with customers, streamline the work of field workers and save time on tasks. We're very excited to use it

PROS

I like that I can conveniently track workers, keep automatic reports and, most valuable to me, notify the client when a specialist arrives, which saves a lot of time for our entire team.

CONS

It's pretty simple to use and the first tool I have used like this, so I am happy so far.
