Service365 is easy to use for my field staff

Getting the data directly into our accounting system has always been a pain. Also, changes made in my finance department often would not find its way into the field. As a result decisions being made would be late or even wrong. Service365 allows the data between the field platform and the finance system to be 100% real time synced.

Pros

It very easy to navigate to jobs, create quotes, enter time and invoice complex job.

Cons

I wish the product would integrate with other accounting platforms.

Service365 makes PO's to Payroll easy

Pros

A welcome addition to importing items into accounting software. Allows for easy reconciliations in payroll. Tracking of jobs just became an easy task.

Cons

A few kinks along the road but issues get resolved quickly.
