ServiceVelocity is a field service solution that enables service teams to schedule jobs, access work orders, update tickets, find relevant manuals and knowledge bases and track inventory.

ServiceVelocity securely connects information from disparate enterprise applications such as CRM and ERP software, is supported on all mobile devices and also works offline. The solution offers contact management, dashboards, inventory and work order management, GPS tracking, custom branding, role-based access permissions and more.

The user dashboard displays customer data and recommends follow-up actions such as information updates, approvals and transaction workflows. Users can receive targeted alerts through push notifications. Other capabilities include voice input, barcode scanner and interactive route maps.

Pricing is per user per month. Support is provided over the phone and via email.

Used this in the field and found it easy to use and great way to keep everyone updated.

Ease of use in the field, happier customers because they are updated on estimated arrival of field techs. Safety while driving due to option to voice search while mobile.

Pros

Next stop update to customer is great for keeping the customer updated on ETA for site visit. I like being able to use voice search while driving so that I don't have to find a place to pull over to look up info.

Cons

Had a hard time editing forms but eventually got the basics down. Our IT guys were somewhat helpful, but I cant hold that against ServiceVelocity. Overall it takes a little bit to figure out the forms.

Very good experience from the usage i had

Pros

Very good experience from the first contact through the actual car rental and service to pick up. The car was very well presented and maintained and a pleasure to drive. I will for sure rent from Premiere Velocity in the future.

Cons

just they they need to be more customer focussed while personal interactions and keep them rectified so no tickets are raised
