About tele-LOOK

Many unresolved cases, a high backlog. Thanks to live video support, service cases are handled directly and quickly. Your employees save mail traffic time, because the problem situation can now be assessed remotely. Simple usability, without overloaded functions, make the system easy to use, both for the company/service provider, as well as for the help seeker/service recipient. On the service-recipient side, the system runs on all popular Android / iOS systems and, of course, on Windows. tele-Look im Kundenservice

Komplexe Service-Diagnose wird wesentlich vereinfacht da man sieht was vor Ort passiert.

PROS

Einrichtung und Verbindung mit Servicenehmer ist sehr einfach und unabhängig vom verwendeten Mobiltelefon. Somit lässt sich das System international anwenden, die Führung mit einem Punkt ist völlig ausreichend.

CONS

Da das System bei uns von mehreren Nutzern über eine Current-License genutzt wird sollte die Kontakt-Datenbank besser und übersichtlicher aufgebaut sein. Anbindung an ERP-System wäre wünschenswert.
