I could not find a way to cancel my account. I emailed in February 2025. The responded saying someone would conact me but, never heard back. I filed a dispute for March and Aprils charges through my credit card. They charged me again in May. I spoke to someone on the phone at Customer Factor who said someone would contact me and I still have no heard back. Finally had to cancel my card to stop the charges. Can link to other services to send mailers to existing clients and their neighbors. Email and text invoice. And has a Big Proposal feature that really gives some of the best proposals. Cons: The texting feature for reminders and invoicing requires you to use a 3rd party service which is fine but if someone responds to the text you will not receive the text unless you purchase another 3rd party service. Basically it takes our scheduling needs and invoicing/payment needs and fuses them together. Our window cleaning business services about 100 different customers per month but many of them are multiple times a month. That means in a given month I need to schedule AND invoice 150+ customers. We were an organizational mess before we found this program. The customer service is awesome--usually the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], is the one responding to my questions. And you can't beat the price! Before I chose this product, I looked at a few others that were similar and they were $3,000+!!
