TrackGo provides a cloud-based field service system for midsize and small businesses. It is even recommended to companies that will only need a single user. TrackGo was designed to fit the needs of organizations that travel to their customers, including those in sales, property management, cleaning services, environmental consultation, lawn care and more.
One of the features offered within the system is a mapping tool. By utilizing the GPS built into a user's smartphone or tablet, TrackGo can show where customers are and even assist in route planning. For contact management, the program gives users the option to save notes, photos, invoice information, and other data; it even offers the ability to add their own custom fields.

Time Used: Less than 6 months
TrackGo is easy to use, update, and keep track of my sales calls. In the last month I have been able to reduce wasted time in the field when making calls to distributors or end users, along with saving time at the end of the week updating my boss on my week's calls.
That I just started using it a month ago. I wonder what my book of business would look like if I had been using this all along.

Still unstable at times as it crashes in the map mode. No complaints about vendor.
