Not quite as perfect as we would like, but it is an improvement over our previous Excel spreadsheet system. This is the price point that is feasible for small nanotech start-up like us. Could I see it being used by a larger lab? Probably not. For the purposes of keeping track of who is doing what experiment, and when, it works. I can see which lab equipment is booked when, and who's using the SEM or AFM. Resource allocation helps to avoid double booking our Characterization tools. Loving the ability to pin protocol files right to tasks - this way, everything is all in one place and not scattered across shared drives. Cons: The interface has a 2010 look and feel. Slow to load our lab comps It took me three days to get a response from customer support regarding syncing issue. No integration with our LIMS system so manually doing them twice.
