WorkDeskPro is a cloud-based mobile field service management solution that allows engineers to remotely view, edit and update jobs on any connected mobile device.

With WorkDeskPro, users gain access to real-time job information, such as workforce attendance, shift details, job progress and risk assessment status. The system also sends out automatic notifications for key events, like when new jobs are available or when an engineer is close to a client’s destination. Clients are able to create and update jobs themselves through self-service features and customer addresses, contact details and current rates are stored within the program for anyone with the right permissions to access.

Via WorkDeskPro’s mapping tools, administrators can view where their technicians were at any point in time, plan routes for the rest of the day and receive the latest location data for any of their engineers.

Brilliant software that organised our business tremendously

Pros

Really chuffed with the way things were set out and the superb customer support by the guys from the off.

We asked them if they could integrate a few things that would make the software even better for our business and they agreed and it was all done over a two month period. We genuinely couldn't go back to running the business with out it now and unlike other software out there that we looked at, we've not seen a stupid price hike after we're hooked.

Cons

There really aren't any, as every time we have had a small hiccup, they have rectified it immediately.

Great assett to our business

The system has helped us to never miss out on invoicing for completed works.The support by phone and email has been very quick and provides good communication.

Pros

It is quick and easy to use,
Backs up to Dropbox,
Has a built in reminder and matrix module,
The add on of new functionality seems endless
