is a very handy tool
PROSno paperwork to get lost and can be looked at and monitored with ease
CONSnot being able to go back and look at assigned actions and repairs completed for audit and documentation. Having to log in fully and not have the log in be prepopulated

So far so good. Customer support is fantastic.
PROSWe have just begun using your product and are still working on customizing it to our needs. My hope is it will make it easier for our team in the field. I believe it will make auditing our safety program easier once we have completed customizing to meet our needs.
CONSWe havent been using for long enough to comment on any cons related to the software.
