How did we get by without ZipSolutions!!!
These guys have been amazing and the longer I am with them the more they keep doing and adding to their software!
Pros
We can watch in real-time how technicians are doing. It is easy to see on the dispatch screen where jobs are at in relation to technicians. There is no more double entry because it syncs directly to Quickbooks. We can message technicians right from the main screen. Attaching pictures to service requests is simple in the field and we can see them immediately in the office. We can see reviews generated in the customers screen. SO MUCH MORE! The main thing is the customer support received. They are amazing! The field side is also AMAZING! Very easy to quote jobs on the spot and get customer approval.
Cons
The only thing I think would be nice to add would be the ability to upload videos to the service request from the field.

Makes it very easy to run our business! So many features!! Amazing software!
Pros
Ease of use, full of features, and customer service is the BEST!
Cons
Takes a little bit to learn... however, the customer support makes up for learning curve.

Almost too perfect
It was really great, if I ever work for another company that has a system that truly fits the app, I will recomend it
Pros
I really liked the trackability of the technicians and whatever stage of the service they where at, I tried to find an app like this for the company I work for so they could work better, for me, this one was an incredible option, sadly our operative system didn´t quite fit with the functionality of the app since our technicians dont leave the company really. If we actually had the type of service that fits with this app, it would have been perfect
Cons
With the research I made and the free trial I used to find about this app the only thing that jumped to me was that it had a little bit of a learning curve, but it is worthed.
