Being able to have multiple uploads going is a true plus the integration into our internal working make it a platform to be  considered when looking for a cloud service.

It's a very intuitive platform to use and makes sharing projects effortless. Uploads speeds are quick, and the tools available to me are absolutely superb.

Digital Pigeon is very easy to use. It's reliable and up/download speeds are very good most of the time.

It gives me a super clean way of providing a reliable file transfer solution to my clients while help me keep all of my files organized.

The ability to auto generate links to the files we upload provides a simple and intuitive way for our clients to access at their leisure.

There are so many things I like about DP it's hard to pick one. I suppose I'll choose Value for the Money.

Not getting notifications when an error has occurred with an upload.

We have around 4,000 articles that need to be shot per month before being put onto other shoots. This service makes it so easy to track what articles have been shot, and what they actually look like.

If your team accidentally leaves footage sitting on the service, you'll have extra charges.

The simple, clean UI allowing an overview of all files. Customisation of how we can brand the platform for sharing content with clients.

I love the ability to upload from anywhere, and not clog people's email with files.

When there is an upload error and you have to individually delete the files or discard the link. There should be a delete all button.

Good and flexible pricing and a great integration of Dropbox make Digital Pigeon a great tool for us when distributing video content to multiple media outlets, linear and digital.

After the initial setup, which is very straight forward,  this is one of those solutions that just works, notifications, uptime, scheduling, integration with Slack, transfer speeds... never an issue.

Quick uploads, availability when you want it most.

The simplicity of use from both ends - both the file originator and the viewer is clearly the best option for file sharing.

It's a nice, easy way to send files and to have an understanding of what has gone where. I like its tidiness and the information you can get out of your upload.

Every time and it makes me money. My clients love the ease of use and they receive files on time every time.

Sometimes the link gets put into a spam account, which means I have to manually send out a link. I am now paranoid about the client not receiving a link.

The search functionality on your sent items does not work well.

No way of blocking download if the client has not payed for the project.

All web based, hangs sometimes w the upload which is annoying.

There are occasionally errors when I upload documents, however the problem does not occur often.

We have enjoyed a very positive experience with Onboard. You are assigned a customer support manager that reaches out to you and listens to any suggestions that you would like to see.

The product is great and integrated smoothly. Adoption of the product was the biggest challenge.

The integrated zoom is a huge bonus. We also love being able to keep everything in one place and clear out emails.

We are only slowly moving into all the features, to keep our transition seamless. The ease of use is very important and evident with both me and with the team of 19 others using it.

OnBoard has been wonderful to deal with - their customer service is supreme (easily the best out of every service provider we are currently working with).

Experience has been very positive. Everyone has been nice and very helpful in answering whatever questions I have.

The color printing alone was very costly as the packet grew in size over time.

It's compatible with all the browsers we use, its mobile app is superb, and when compared to other board portals we've used, it provides more capability at a lower price.

All Adobe Acrobat bookmarks and markups including highlighting, comments, and added text are stripped out and lost when these documents are uploaded.

OnBoard integrated with our existing business processes and board requirements, it is extremely user friendly, administration has been easy thanks to the amazing support staff.

I would recommend OnBoard to any of my peers. We don't touch nearly all of its capabilities, but so appreciate how easy it is to share information securely with our board members.

The system helps build your meeting agendas and you can attach documents for the meeting attendees to view during the meeting. We are very pleased with the product and would recommend.

Above all, the customer service has been fantastic from exploration to implementation to now customer check-ins. The price is pretty good too.

The ease of access by both the Admin and the board members is probably at the top of the list of great attributes of the OnBoard portal.

I especially like the ease of the software, the ability to upload documents for the meeting is a great feature.

I love the agenda builder. It is nice to have access to the agenda on the event itself.

The inability to use the gallery view is very disappointing and the sound/video quality is poor with the integration. It works will when Zoom is used separately however.

This saved me a ton of time printing and collating and mailing board packets. Also saved the company money.

I don't have anything about it I dislike or have a problem with.

Making changes to the book once it is built  is a huge plus. Zoom integration along with the ability to control who sees what and when is an excellent feature.

The ease of use for staff is what I like most about this software. They have done an excellent job of reducing redundancies.

I am confident that I will become more familiar with sections of OnBoard as I use it more. The assistance that comes from OnBoard is terrific and very helpful when learning.

Great program and value. I did all the research in looking for a board portal and was pleased with this from the beginning.
