Great Software with Excellant Service/Support

The best software experience to date!!

Pros

When compared to others, the user interface was more user friendly, worked with current CAD, and integrated with our SMS software to put the pre-fire plans on every apparatus.

Cons

Not available for iPAD but am told they are working on that.

Excellent Software Solutions for Reasonable Prices

Our overall experience has been excellent. The customer service is second to none. The technical support is fast, effective and efficient. Other companies should take note, Adashi knows how to support their products and customers!

Cons

We are very pleased with the software products from Adashi. Upgrades performed on the solutions have quickly addressed any issues.

The reps has been great. Kudos to the reps and his team!

The customer support from the reps is 2nd to none. Program works as it should too.

Mobile response

GREAT. Everyone I have talked to was so nice. Better then that, everyone I talked to was extremely knowledgeable about there software.

Pros

All in information from Firehouse it provides is great.

Cons

Had to get an integration for a two way communication with Spillman
