Outstanding EMS Billing Software with Many Added Features!

I have been looking for a software that captures your entire business model of EMS with an easy to use, implement, view and understand format not only for the individual but for the entire organization within the EMS structure. Angel Track Software was designed with the owner in mind. A complete package to run your maintenance of your units, fuel reports, payroll, time keeping along with dispatch of units. Tracking of units along with maximizing coverage efficiency. This EMS Billing / Collections and many more features was built with easy to understand software format. My past 21 years of dealing with complicated and expensive software for billing / collections / computer aided dispatch requiring at times weeks to understand has been solved by Angel Track Software! "Plug and Play" is the new 21st century software of EMS has arrived! There are so many other features I could go on and on! Thank you for taking the time to develop a EMS software for the biller, coder, owner, manager, paramedic, wheelchair driver in mind!

PROS

Complete Overview of every aspect of the EMS organization. Paperless and on the go software. Any internet connection from any browser and your plugged into your organization. Being able to take a call from a facility and on the fly pull up the software and do anything you would if you were at the dispatch center or billing office. Make any notes on a specific call or assign a incident to review with management or employee.

CONS

Very little I do not like. Some features I have discussed with software engineers has either been implemented or is on the horizon to be implemented.

The best all around and most cost effective ambulance management tool I have ever used!

Invaluable management tool that help me stay in constant contact with what is happening. This is chocked full of benefits for owners.

PROS

Pros: Has everything at your fingertips no matter where I am. I can access it from any device with inertnet access. Cons: No internet- no access

CONS

I absolutely love this software, but if I have to pick the least favorite part is if for some reason there is no internet access thwn I cannot access AngelTrack.

Awesome customer service! Affordable option for smaller companies that doesn't sacrifice quality!

HR, dispatch and and field PCR capabilities in an all-in-one system for an affordable price

PROS

The customer service. From the moment we called to inquire about their products, we knew something was different about this company. The customer representative stayed on the phone with us for about an hour answering all of our questions. He gave us the numbers to other clients in the state so we could call and see for ourself what real life client reviews were like. Anytime we have had an issue come up we have called the customer support number and they have quickly helped us come up with a solution.

CONS

We would like to see the ability to email a report to our hospital directly within the program. We have made this request and we are told their software team is working to accommodate it. So, we expect it to be functional soon.

This software is very easy to use and provides a turn key ready system. The integration for state reporting and billing is very valuable to our operation.
