What we liked most about autosist is its ease of use. We needed a more sophisticated system fo maintenance tracking  and this software fulfills all of our needs.

Probably my only dislike is, I think it’s a little on the expensive side.

The benefits of using this software have been organizing all of our vehicle assets to one place, saving time and money, and tracking our fuel usage and mileage with the mobile portion of the app.

Customer service is top notch, when I had questions they took care of things right away.

The app also logs me out occasionally which is annoying.

Great value for the investment involved. I haven't had the program operational long enough to say much about it.

The excellent customer service ensured seamless uploading of our databases. Response to our emails is extremely quick and our requests are handled efficiently and to our complete satisfaction.

There's a delay on the web. Since we don't log Trips, that tab is irrelevant to our company.

Mobile app works great too. Overall a very nice, simple, effective tool to manage our fleet.

They have been great to work with and have helped move forward with our fleet management.

AUTOsist app and online portal are not only extremely easy to use, but the price is far more competitive than any other software we've found to meet our needs, and the service is great too.

Easy to set up my account. The free version is perfect as I don't ship regularly but will have times when shipping quite a bit to my customers.

Sometimes it’s difficult to complete the purchase of a label. It will say there’s an error with some labels but not tell you what the error is.

Sometimes it does not work well when using it from  my cellphone.

Some tracking information is either missing or inaccurate (but that might be from the postal service).

It was an expensive lesson in who not to trust. Beware of deceptive sales tactics from Shippo.

They also integrate with my website software, so I have consistent billing. I am super happy with my Shippo.

Setting up products for easy re-ordering is very easy to set up; having so many shipping options automatically available is awesome; plus it's free.

I had a problem where the software stopped working and took sometime to figure out the issue.
