When i swapped over, I had several complaints from the other software, and Bambi quickly met those complaints with features.. for a cheaper price. After that, as we noticed issues, they would quickly fix / add those features. Every aspect of their software, from the ground up, is built very well and not clunky. It's given me hours of my life back with simple, easy to use features. #### Cons There's really nothing I can complain about with Bambi. When I first joined, it had some growing pains, but it was very short, and I haven't had an issue since. #### Reasons for choosing Bambi Bambi was far superior with a non offshored team. On top of that, they are very responsive and actually add updates I want. #### Reasons for switching to Bambi Tripmaster was an outdated product. we felt the team no longer cared about their customers. Bambi has made it incredibly easy to map out runs and add driver schedules in to the system. Our team had an easy time getting used to the app. #### Cons It would be nice if we could add different abilities for individual drivers.
