My favorite aspect of the software is the ability to validate my crews wherever I am.

The program is slow on the upload of changes and sometimes the information is lost if not saved due to connectivity.

The PTO reporting system seems a bit outdated too, with monthly e-mailed reports rather than a real-time on demand report available.

We are small emergency ambulance service. We are a closed Union service and have many different job codes, pay scales, PTO, seniority, request for PTO and scheduling.

We routinely had to fix errors that were made because of having to transfer information from one place to another, in some instances, multiple times.

When removing someone from a shift from the master schedule, you can no longer tag them for that shift when marking them absent.

On top of that, quality support to back up the product, and a general keen-ness from the development team to improve the product.

Also missing connotes from freight companies, most of the time we are able to get copies from the data in Transvirtual.

I like the fact that we don't have to go chasing drivers for manual POD's  or loosing revenue because of lost cons. Also a big thing is the auto rating package, it has cut down on wages a great deal.

It is amazingly configurable and therefore powerful.

Great roadmap structure guided by the end users.

Website is sometimes slow to load which is frustrating when you need to quickly login to check something.
