The best truck maintenance software

Pros

Fleetpal allows us to track almost all components of a truck. The software organizes the parts in different categories and subcategories, so we can see where we are spending the most money. It also keeps track on truck parts and their warranties.

Cons

The software has a lot of features, but the information is overwhelming. Maybe add more graphs on the reports.

Reasons for Switching to FleetPal Connect

Express was not taking care of our maintenance. It did not have any maintenance reports, and it did not do any suggestions on how to improve the maintenance processes. Maybe their software can work for a fleet of up to 5 trucks. FleetPal can be used by a fleet of 1000 trucks and more.

FleetPal Connect helped me see the whole picture.

It was easy to implement and start using the software from the start. It saves a lot of time for me and my team, and we get better data which helps us make better decisions.

Pros

The solution is easy to set up. Fleetpal's team helped us with the on-boarding and the data entry. It is really easy to see the whole picture of my fleet. We have hybrid maintenance and it was very hard to combine expenses and from the different repair shops that we use and produce reporting with our old system. Now we have all the data in one place.

Cons

It is a little complex and there is a lot of data to be entered.

Excellent product

The team at FleetPal has been extremely helpful with start-up and customization of the program, best decision we've made for a vehicle maintenance tracking solution program.

Pros

Easy to use! Entering work orders into the system is just a matter of point and click, less searching for different items and topics in the system. Excellent way to track expenses per unit making it easier to calculate CPM on each vehicle, thus helping decide which units need to be replaced rather than just how old a vehicle is or how many miles.

Cons

If you are don't have a basic understanding of VMRS codes it may be a bit more time consuming at the beginning.
