The customer support we receive is excellent. The Chevin Fleet Solutions site is very helpful and the customer representatives are always very helpful. They not only fix the issue we are having but also teach us how to do it, if possible. The Ask the Expert sessions has been the best customer service add on. The thing I liked the best about it is that the vehicle module had all the information in one place. When looking for information you only need to open the vehicle module. In the prior fleet management system, we had to open each module to find everything about a vehicle. All in one place information works best for us. Cons: We had a bumpy start with FleetWave. We initially purchased a custom system because at the time there was not a core model. I was new to my position and had never built or fully managed a fleet system so I was lost and did not get much help from the Chevin program manager. As soon as we had the option to switch to the FleetWave core system and voiced the issues we were having, things started to come together and the Chevin support we received was 100% better and we were guided to where we are now.
