Overall I like using NetFacilities and its easy to navigate.

Great experience using the software, customer support is always outstanding.

It is a bit confusing and too many steps to add PM's into the system.

Net Facilities has been the best program I have worked with so far. The program is easy to use and the support is 10/10.

Sometimes other employees have trouble putting orders in the correct place.

We are a small manufacturing company with not a lot of major assets. This platform is perfect for keeping track of assets, PM's, inventory, etc.

Sometimes critical additions to an email get lost in the audit trail  ALL discussions should immediately process an email to at least the administrative group overseeing the work orders.

Before Netfacilities, I was responsible for 6 locations  in putting the work orders in the system and generate orders to the Maintenance Staff.

Customer service is top notch. It's very intuitive and they are always making it easier to search for the info I'm looking for within my site.

There are some good attributes and one of the best features is being mobile friendly! a great asset for staff who carry cell phones - the work is sent directly to them 24/7.

Have had trouble with the mobile app working consistently.

Hard to audit trail with the rest of the staff. Would be greats if we could use email and communicate with it.

I like that the software is very user friendly and that we can access it from anywhere not just the office.

Now they are responsible for putting their information into the system and we can generate a weekly, monthly or yearly report if needed.

Ease of use, great customer support, Reps are GREAT.

I was impressed with what you can do with asset entries. Also the software always seemed user intuitive to me.

You just have to pay attention and see what WO is on what criteria.

The program continues to crash and log users out even after clearing the cache and changing browsers. The program continues to provide unstable service intermittently.

We had problems with drivers not getting Full sign, print, time & date on manual cons, Transvirtual takes away that problem.

Transvirtual has been the best investment in software.

I liked the ease of Use and set up associate with this software. I also like the versatility of the setup that could be tailored to my business requirements.

The software sticks to core principles from the start. Easy to use, industry leading EDI, extensive use of mobile devices to track items at every single point.

The help functions give you the most basic things but there is no flesh on the bones. This means that it is a try and fail scenario to get to the outcomes you are seeking.

On top of that, quality support to back up the product, and a general keen-ness from the development team to improve the product.

Also missing connotes from freight companies, most of the time we are able to get copies from the data in Transvirtual.

I like the fact that we don't have to go chasing drivers for manual POD's  or loosing revenue because of lost cons. Also a big thing is the auto rating package, it has cut down on wages a great deal.

It is amazingly configurable and therefore powerful.

Great roadmap structure guided by the end users.

Website is sometimes slow to load which is frustrating when you need to quickly login to check something.
