RedAlert NMX is a fire department management solution designed to help fire departments and ambulance services report and record information related to incidents, employees and inventory on a unified interface. Administrators can alert the dispatcher to track incident status, display pre-plans and view ongoing call information using computer-aided dispatching (CAD) functionality. The platform enables teams to manage fire hydrant locations and measure the distance between various structures on a unified interface. Integration at its best!

We absolutely love this. The staff is very helpful. Support number always great very friendly and willing to help and answer questions. We would never go with any other software. Period. I recommend this to all my neighboring departments.

Horrible - not sure how they are still in business. No one calls back - over promise under deliver!

PROS

Software is easy to use. All the modules work together real well. I guess my issue is the customer service - horrible!

CONS

The customer service and support is the worst. If you want something done or added you should plan at least a year out. It may take that long for someone to call you back or actually get the item completed. When you see there booth at any show, just keep walking.

Absent Customer Service

Poor communication and follow up to completing configurations.

PROS

System works great once completed to your specifications.

CONS

Very poor customer service. Never responds to emails for service. Constant follow up phone calls for status updates on projects. Very poor communication and follow up.

Reason for choosing RedAlert NMX

Product is good when it works/complete. We are 2-3 years of use and items still are not complete. Currently exploring a demo on another product to migrate away from.

I would never go with any other company for my Fire Department's records and dispatching.
