No incentive was offered Red alert is the best software in the fire rescue space. I started off using other vendors but non of them ever came close to Red Alert's functionality. Cuts out needing 20 vendors and puts everything in one place. its seamless integration. Their reporting is fully customized. we looked at other vendors but they will not make reporting like this. their Kiosk for volunteer attendance is 2nd to non. #### Cons none. dont have a bad thing to say about them. their support used to have some issues but its night and day from the past. --- ### Horrible - not sure how they are still in business. I guess my issue is the customer service - horrible! #### Cons The customer service and support is the worst. If you want something done or added you should plan at least a year out. It may take that long for someone to call you back or actually get the item completed.
