Overall experience with the service program is that it is well worth it's money.

I have found the software to be a bit cumbersome and difficult to learn and it is also a bit quirky.

Product is easy to use, with many helpful online resources available. Product training videos help tremendously in getting new employees integrated into the software.

The ability to customize it to your needs and how it seamlessly works with QuickBooks. I have  been using the software since 2007.

Easy to use and invoices goe straight into quickbooks easily keeps track of equipment and files and love the customer popup notes.

Taking our paper door tags digital has been amazing. The training and customer support  has made learning how to use and operate this program a breeze.

I haven't used TSP enough to see the cons to using this program. When a problem exists I know I can use the chat feature for assistance.

When a job is made inactive it is very difficult to find again for any reference or billing needs.

Service Programmers designed a route template that fit my needs perfectly. This software can be used by a small company like myself to a big fortune 500 company, very easy.

This system demands a rigid schedule. It seems in order to combine or slip schedules you have to change every task instead of the group.

I paid for the extra training when I signed up and I would highly suggest that, without it I think it would be difficult to figure out.

You can not reduce the amount of trackers even if you don't have any cars anymore or don't use any trackers. The devises  always miss connections with the GPS, so they always are useless at this time.

The equipment always works perfectly, it interacts with our scheduling software and our business rep is always there to help with anything we need.

During 2.5 years at least 7 devises was broken not because of someones fault and you need to wait them to be changed and pay for this time.

And it is useless, because anyone can take out their tracker and you won't know about it till someone reconnect it.

Tomtom WEBFLEET provides all required features which is impressive and can be trusted without questions.

I've been using TomTom for our fleet of ambulances and NEMT vehicles for the past 2 years and it has worked out great. The web interface has extensive reporting features and is intuitive.

The ease to view vehicles. The ability to track drivers speed and location is great.

Works much better than our previous tracking provider. Location updates are quick and accurate.
