I love how easy to use and collect safe formstack is. It was easy to navigate and use from the get go.

Families can fill out all their information and Pay in less than 5 minutes.

When all the text is stuck the same size, the question and list of checkbox answers, it is kind of overwhelming, and customers in a hurry get lost and have to go back and re-read.

This is a very user friendly way to create a variety of forms - from camp registrations to alumni gatherings to donation sites, this software can help you create pretty much all of it.

This is an easy and safe software to use to send forms and create forms. I have used this on my phone and it works great for quick communication.

Mislead by Staff in regards to Infusionsoft Integration, Won't Provied Refund From Their Mistake.

Loved working with Formstack. Excellent customer service and help response times too - which made solving the few issues we had very pain free.

It's good for developers and non-developers to use, and it's flexible.

When billing issues arise, we were given no notice, and all forms were shut down and unavailable.

This has been my single worst customer service/support experience ever.

This software is fantastic for basic form needs that require salesforce integration. The software provides an easy to use form builder with a styling tool.

And angry face at the same time. I am sorry I live in Australia and it is 12am  here when Formstack is operating.

I highly recommend using along side a merchant system like MXmerchant or a couple of the others Formstack has listed on their website and is compatible with.

The time and money saved driving to get applications signed, the mail and waiting forever for the client to sign and mail back. Formstack is quick and easy and saves so much time and energy.

Overall, Formstack gives me the ability to get responses from large groups of people in a seamless way.

Helpful Salesforce integration saves times, very customizable branding options to designed multiple types of forms, fairly appealing interface.

It is very user friendly and the customer service is top notch with quick, same-day responses.

Used this for event registrations for years, and the yearly fee vs paying per transaction made this an affordable solution for us.

The ease of setup and functionality was easy to grasp and simple to manage. Information is downloadable to excel which works great for our systems.

Sometimes when I duplicated forms, I noticed that the logic would get lost. This was frustrating as I would have to go through the form again to add the missing parts of the logic back.

I didn't think formstack was as intuitive as other data collection softwares which I why I stopped using it.

Formstack allows you to create simple forms to use internally. The reporting features offered by Formstack are very easy to Navigate.

Formstack is both competitively priced and easy to use. Most importantly, my clients find it very easy when I can just text them the document to sign.

You can send out a link to your form and multiple people can make responses. One of my favorite features of this software is the ability to extract the information as an excel.

Designing effective, professional-looking forms is a walk in the park with Paperform. I also love the security and awesome analytics features.

You cant speak to someone on the phone or via zoom and it can be very frustrating, especially when you are new to this product.

It’s like creating a document in Word and the process is so easy and intuitive. You can create a beautiful form with conditional logic with ease.

I had to refresh my page in order to start from the beginning which was inconvenient. I create forms a few times a month, so for the limited use, I find the price per month a little high.

If i need a simple form for collecting data it is perfect with its easy set up.

It's easy to use, consistent, customer service is fabulous, and it's always improving.

It allows for piping, if statements, dynamic form building. It's a great product and I highly recommend it.

Another huge bonus for me is the amount direct integrations including Asana. This really helps to cut down on the Zapier bill.

Love Paperform but please consider interactive forms.

As a survey-TAKER, I know I despise Typeform forms that keep feeding question after question with no end in sight. Paperform lets the designer control that UX.

Professional and customizable templates make everything so simple. Sometimes I need a more robust and complex form.

It is great for so many uses where you need a hosted form. It has a simple interface and it is always being improved and developed.

I love that is has Stripe integration which is what I to get paid on my site.

Out of the box, the forms have great design, and extras such as transitions, animations, good UX, etc.

Sometimes I'll ask for an obscure option that isn't available yet.

Paperform makes it super easy to build out nice looking webforms.

I signed up for Paperform when it was quite new, so the feature set was somewhat limited.

At the moment nothing comes to mind when I think about what I dislike of Paperform.

Paperform syncs perfectly with my design needs and It has a beautiful design experience. It is Easy to use and Attractive in Style too.

Some features are a bit limited (in the lowest paid tier), and lacks integrations with things like CRM's, Cloud storage apps, etc.

Paperform is a fantastic service. I was an early adaptor of Paperform after a long and extensive search to find a reasonably priced form system that I could use.

The ease of creating a form is one of the best features. Other similar products are very complicated, but not paperform.

Don't think twice and go for it, worth EVERY penny.

It allows me to capture data in a pleasant way and direct that info to various locations (using Zapier and Webhooks) for further action.

Ease of use, versatility. This product is pretty easy to set up and deploy, clients love it and so do we.

And any way you want it. I highly recommend Paperform, it's an essential app on our workflow.
