Pros
- This is so amazing for people who work remotely and we need to collaborate on a project - definitely great for the distance.
- This software is so easy to use. I love the color coordination of the signatures and the ability to set the signing order is great.
Cons
- There are occasional glitches and bugs that are frustrating to work around. I have had to reload in the middle of signing and it lost the info.
- If one of the witnesses fails to sign, after some time the document is canceled. I lost some documents after I discovered this.
Pros
- Ease of building forms either as stand-alone solutions or integrated via Connectors to Salesforce.com Very responsive and knowledgeable customer service.
- I love that I can create surveys on Form Assembly that make it very easy for the people completing the surveys to fill out. I get all of the information that I need in a clean and organized way.
Cons
- After setting up the connection with Salesforce, it was a bit difficult for my client to go in and edit form fields as necessary - they ended up breaking some things.
- To be specific, there should be a way to customize the error message when the form is filled incorrectly by the user. Right now, the error message the form generates is not user friendly.
