The tracking data on products was quite helpful.

Our experience has been good. When we have an issue or a problem, tech support is helpful in solving the issues we have.

The actual product is pretty good. There are things about it that are far more intuitive than what we were using previously, which is why we chose this system.

The fact that I was charged for software and data transfer and received software without data transfer so it is useless. I have been waiting so long it was called AIMsi when I bought it.

We use this software everyday for the gun shop. It is great at keeping everything in one place and easy to use.

When problems arise, help is quick to resolve them. The Proposal module makes my clients interested in following through to purchase.

It was a good starting point, but we outgrew this software within 2 years of starting the company. Our eCommerce portal was functional, but cumbersome.

If your looking for a new POS system I would strongly recommend taking a look at Tri-Technical Systems.

We are a small shop and spent a good amount of time shopping around for the best fit for the best price.

User friendly, tech support is good and a fair price.

Very intuitive and easy to set up. Their tech staff is very friendly and super helpful getting you all set up and going.

It seemed the easiest to use. We are not a big company and this seemed to work best for us.

If there is a problem after hours or on weekends, there is nobody there to answer those questions or fix those problems.

Once you live it and breath it like it do it's one thing. But my employees tend to make mistakes often because they miss a step.

I also like that it can integrate with Quickbooks and we can stay with our current merchant services provider.

Great application, great system; I love it. Pros: open fast, many shortcuts, easy to use, outstanding Technology Support Staff.

Integration with previous inventory got messed up and we had to do much more work to get corrected.

This made it very difficult to process transactions remotely (tradeshows, etc) or work remotely.

It handles almost everything under one roof. This is nice because we don't have to purchase multiple POS systems and record keeping software.

Customer service and sales people as a whole have been fantastic. Best software I've found to date.

They are always ready to help and super friendly. I love that they can remote in and show us what to do.

Don't buy this, it is a POS. And no I don't mean Point Of Sale.

Very frustrating and the tech support is costly, yet you almost need it as they charge outrageous fees for calling tech support without it.

The lack of support for current software is disappointing. Excel is limited to the 2003 format, and the program is built on Visual Fox Pro 9, a program discontinued in 2007.

I can look up a customer and see history or whatever I need and it will all be there. I also like that I own the program and it is not a subscription based service.

The software is great and the staff who have all been friendly and willing to help when I called for tech support.

And for example: having to get out of one frame and into another one for the same customer with a different question about their account is sometimes frustrating.

There's no integrated Canadian payroll with this program, so I have to use a second program and then manually post the entries over, which is very time-consuming.

We used it to track salesman commissions and it worked great for that as well.

But honestly its a very small complaint and in no way affects the 5 star rating.

I quit using this product with some regrets and went to Lightspeed, which I hate but at least I can get it to work. Using AIMsi was an unpleasant and frustrating experience.

Problems are solved very quickly through customer support.

It has been a good overall experience. The staff have been very helpful.

Great tee sheet with marketing tools - easy integration.

I left ForeUp due to increase in pricing. I am back and glad to be back after having another POS System.

We have multiple courses and like the  fact we can share tee sheets. I feel the credit card implemented into the software will help with employee theft.

POS - cc processing failure frequency, inability to include tip on multiple cards for same ticket. When receiving inventory items system sometimes requires additional entry.

Foreup is a solid product that is easy to learn and easy to use. It has  a lot of solid features for golf operators and a lot of tech integration.

Ease of use and functionality are probably the most important. Followed by the usefulness of all the modules.

I also love that it is an all in one solution to manage our golf course. With a POS, a Tee Sheet, a F&B module and a Marketing platform I couldn't be happier.

The system is functional and comprehensive, yet also very intuitive and user-friendly. I highly recommend ForeUP to any golf course.

Due to the system being cloud based, upgrades and enhancements are in real time. I love being able to pull reporting remotely and check on sales/revenue.

Occasionally the items I'm looking for aren't where one might expect them, and it can be frustrating if I'm trying to complete a task quickly.

The ease and transparency on the Tee Sheet function and the integration from tee sheet to sales screen is the best feature.

Easy to use with great customer support while maintaining a great product. Easy to use and navigate.

It has a very clean UI and easy to navigate. Many of the local courses here are not using this software and the ability to have just one account to pay for any tee times has been a breeze.
