At times clicking on the screen of the machine you are connected to does not work. Also, at times there is no notification of connection loss.

Very impressed with the setup and how it connects with minimum effort. Really good to get your computers connected remotely without faffing around.

Its greatest strength apart from the quality of the remote access is its ability to work without the need to install, which is a boon for clients that do not have install access.

The whole experience I had with the app was in general very good. I used it in my old consulting work where I worked as a help desk and used it only this tool to access the client's machine.

Great Remote Access Program, met all my needs, super easy to use and install, you can do everything on any desk without complications, great remote access software.

Very few times there was an interruption in the connection, but I believe it was due to the interruption in the internet connection on one of the devices.

The graphical interface is clean, friendly and quiet to use and without problems. The Anydesk community is super collaborative and is always helping with questions and troubleshooting.

They also have a phone app so you can remote into a computer while on the go. Navigation is pretty good on mobile so it’s definitely usable.

It has limited functions. If your pc has low configuration , It will see slowness and lag problems.

Lags with the clipboard feature sometimes making copy and paste difficult, mobile version is not as simple as desktop version and cursor handling on mobile makes it more difficult to use on mobile.

Problem: We have a collection of now over 10.000 titles listed in the software Citavi, many of them kept in over 33 folders. With those consecutive numbers we could find them easily.

With citavi, it is super easy to keep track of thousands of sources and also retrieve them again after years, even if you didnt know anymore that you have a source.

Some of the features can be difficult to find and require many clicks to get to.

That's a shame since this limits the user base.

The product is incredibly powerful. In my opinion, there are two core functions: on the one hand, you can use Citavi to organize materials (like papers and other files).

It's absolutely essential for me and I would highly recommend it. I've also found the Citavi support team to be outstanding - very knowledgeable and I've always received a response within 24 hours.

You should give the item education without management to your 'industry drop down menu). It's so helpful in gathering sources quickly and not always re-search citations again.

For sure there are missing features - this is always the case when you use a software as this is a living process. But the missing points are on a high level.

Customization is incredibly good. You can get everything you want.

CITAVI is a SUPER stable, easy to use and useful program. Within years of working with it I collected 1635 sources, many with quotations and some with full text.

The knowledge management functions are also good, even if I have not used them so intensively.

So, there is no speacial feature which could be presented here.

I am not only satisfied, but enthusiastic about the software - the Citavi support team is extremely competent, friendly, seeks and finds individual solutions - great.
