Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Good set of features, which covers everything we need it to do. Nice clean interface; users figured it out with little trouble. The team behind it seems motivated and friendly.

  • Ease of use is fantastic. It's easy to bring new team members up to speed. The ability to change out assets quickly is also great.

  • Cons

  • The cost for the product once you get past 50 items is a bit more than i would like, but it get's the job done and i haven't found anything I like more so I suppose it's worth it.

  • Some of the setup can be a little complicated but their support is available to walk through any issues.

  • Pros

  • Great product. Super simple to use. Always works, and I have never had an issue in the time that I have used it.

  • I like that it's extremely fast to connect into devices. The UI is very responsive as well so it makes navigating and connecting VERY fast. I have had excellent session quality with this product.

  • Cons

  • Pricing levels could be small groups. Other than that the product is great.

  • Set up is a little demanding but their customer service reps helped. It is also a little slow, there is a definite lag especially when opening reports.
