Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I like that fact you can make codes and have them scanned. I love how easy the interface is and how you can bundle items into groups.

  • Using this kind of software is really great. I can easily track and manage inventory level of the items. Easy to use and very helpful for reporting.

  • Cons

  • A little slow to find your inventory at first but when you get used to using it really is easy.

  • The interface could be a little more user friendly I may be missing a easy search feature. Also UI options were hidden a bit but once found helped greatly.

  • Pros

  • It was super easy to install and setup. The customization options are easy to work with. And it seems easy for the users to engage with us.

  • I love how easy it is to use. It's easy to use for both the customer and for the client on the website. Their app is fantastic for both android and IOS.

  • Cons

  • A little buggy at times and widget is slow to load on the web site. Customer service is on and off as they respond quickly but the agents are not all professional.

  • It is a basic tool for chat management. However, I think it lacks few other functions like taking survey after the chat is over.
