Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love it. Easy to set up and use. I especially like the way it looks like on our website - I was able to set it up exactly like I wanted.

  • I love the live chat widget and the popups. Very easy to setup and to find your way around the dashboard.

  • Cons

  • A few improvments can be introduced the mobile user experiences but these are not critical at all

  • I would love to have a more advanced reporting per agent, but the way it's handled now is fine too

  • Pros

  • The software is easy to use and works well for us.

  • I love the ability to access with such ease, and not having to open a million different applications.

  • Cons

  • User interface is a bit overwhelming at first but the more you use it and get familiar you will get the hang of it.

  • The complexity needed for the password is a little outrageous, but I understand why it has to be. Protection from hackers and data breaches. Other than that it’s great.
