  • Pros

  • The overall integration abilities such as with email and hot tips. Customer service is great, I can typically get a response within 24 hours and usually the same day.
  • Cons

  • No online portal available for HMI's customers to access the knowledge base. No web based access for remote users.
  • When it comes time to update the software, it can be quite a pain plus it seems that support is lacking for the program.

  • The product is quick and responsive. Streamlines and adds AD like features to small businesses with no need or desire to implement AD.
  • JumpCloud has helped Octane solve so many issues that I didn't even know I needed to solve. And on top of that their support team and our account manager are the absolute best.
  • Cons

  • Also, setting up the RADIUS server is difficult because there are so many different kinds of networking devices.
  • Dont have any feature which is bad in jumpcloud.
