I have had a great experience. Again, it is so easy to use and to track patient activity on.

Periodically there will be an odd malfunction. The most recent one was due to a software update.

There has been a feature request for this since before we changed software and I do not feel that it would be hard to implement.

Overall our experience has been very positive. They were upfront about the work that would be involved in making the transition and were supportive of our team.

The support staff from when we put in tickets have been supportive and have addressed and mostly resolved concerns that we may have  found.

EzyVet is very customizable and user friendly. There are multiple functions and it integrates with a lot of other platforms, including Zoom for Telemedicine.

Inability to copy puppy profile. SEARCH ENGINE - the more data one supplies the more data is displayed - it should be the opposite.

The launch went so well this week and customer service  were amazing. I can see now why the training costs what it does it's worth every penny.

A year later it would be fine. I do love the program now that I am feeling more confident using it, we literally discover new things we can do on it or ways of doing things differently every week.

Always have great experiences when working with the support team. Our practice has been able to continue to grow in part due to the continued advancements that ezyVet is constantly making.

Support has been terrific and our questions are answered quickly and they always make sure we have the answer we need.

Easy to access, easy to use, helps streamline communication and make both the Client and Team experience seamless.

The software is easy to use. New employees are quick to catch on how to use it.

The experience now is that we have a great system that fulfills our needs and then some, more industry partners are integrating with ezyvet and it will be better when more join.

Some great features such as integration. Has everything one would need for a paperless practice.

EzyVet works well, with good acceptance and use by staff, the integration with xero is great and provides significant analysis if required.

I really like the reliability of the product. We used to restart our servers daily.

Love the software and for 4 locations it’s super easy to schedule appointments and communication with client is readily available.

There was some confusion and disruption in the initial transition to ezyVet, but this was almost entirely due to a lack of preparedness on our (hospital) part, and not the fault of the ezyVet team.

What I love most about Ezyvet is that is so easy. Once you get to know your navigation it all makes sense.

Incredibly easy to use compared to all other EMR systems I've seen.

However, they fixed the problem and the malfunction is gone. Although overall very powerful there are a few small  features that are missing.

I love the ease of use the most with this software. It is so user friendly to people who are not good with computers.

Making the transition from Cornerstone has been difficult for staff because of the new aspect of determining at what level communications should be housed.

The integration with Smartflow helps facilitate timely treatments.

I and the warning when you have more than 11 open at a time. But in order to get to print vaccine history, I have to click open at least 5 tabs.

The ease of use once you are familiar with the product, as well as the constant updates to better the product.

Ezyvet allowed us to make specific prices for those days only, and track the data so that we could improve at the next clinic. Ezyvet is adaptable to our nee.

Some things are confusing to navigate and hard to find. You have to complete a couple steps in order for something to work properly.

Xero integration has meant improved financial reporting and profit. The reminder system is fantastic and reduces staff time and costs.

From a clinical perspective, ezyVet allowed my team to become more efficient and increase revenue due to better charge capture.

Only snag I really don't like is the boarding feature is difficult to customize.

Helpful staff, good for looking up horses anywhere I have my computer.

Like any records system, this software is only is good as the information entered, we think its worth the effort.

Tech support was great just missing key features.

We find the software intuitive and comprehensive, and importantly, cost effective. We can track all the things we are interested in and the dashboard is a great quick visual.

Configuration is difficult. Many of the tabs are useless to us.

So theres no reminders or alarms. I can only tell if an activity was due if I enter the page and look it up.

I like the breeding portion of it to manage broodmares. It is very helpful if, like us, you have broodmares, training horses and horses competing to track each horse to its individual needs.

CRIO helps us store important information on each of our horses, aswell as other farming notes. It is easy and reliable to use.

Hard to edit from my phone and some of the time the edit screen moves around.

I use this software to track horse expenses for tax purposes. I like the ease of finding expenses for a certain period or category.

Ve been overall happy with it. Customer service is excellent.

The program is user-friendly, in that it is thoughtfully designed, intuitive and very easy to learn to use. It is also pleasant to view.

Ease of use and what you can record for breeding, health and love the extended pedigrees etc.

I still cant't say that there is something i dislike.

If there is something that is not working, the crio team's leader is very swift and efficent in assisting thus eliminating any stress.

Its intuitive, it was very easy to add horses and start using it effectively, it allows us to record all of the information that we are interested in for our horses.

The visuals are great and easy for all stakeholders to see the information they want, love the Dashboard.

This is the perfect program for my private veterinary practice. It is easy to use and  a great costumer support.

At last all our horses are able to be identified  easily and the data recorded safely. The support team when your setting up is prompt and very helpful.
