Super easy to use for me and my clients. Everyone has been super impressed with how easy it is to use.

Wish I could do text reminders, even at the lowest plan. Emails sometimes tend to get lost or ignored.

When a patient cancels, there is only one alert and completely disappears from the calendar without warning.

Backend interface is a bit chaotic and complicated to get used to. Mailchimp integration does not work with GDPR.

So far, it has been a great experience. AS was recommended by a business coach I'm working with, and I've been very pleased.

It has a horrible appearance and is hard to follow sometimes. Appears very unorganized and jumbled.

They got back to me when I reached out to customer service and that really made me feel like I could highly recommend this service along with the positive experience I have had using the platform.

I love how easy it was to create everything I needed. Although I am only using the free version, for now, it has almost everything that I want in it and it has been amazing playing around with it.

I love that Acuity is very robust and allows you to customize responses when a client/customer books with you. I also love that integrates with Instagram and Facebook for ease of booking.

If something is changed on my system, I have to sometimes update Acuity. I had some significant problems with Microsoft that temporarily derailed  Acuity.

It has a very fresh and modern UX, i love the styling. It's a good priced product and easy to set up.

My overall experience is good with Acuity. The software helps me know that my clients are in good hands when it comes to booking with me.

The only downside to OpenTable is that not every restaurant is a member so you cannot make reservations all in one place nor see all available restaurants to choose from.

OpenTable offers great customization options for searching through different restaurants. You have the ability to search by neighborhood, occasion and price.

Easy to use, love the restaurant suggestions and what’s available now options. Points are great too that can be redeem for gift certificates/cash.

Finding a new restaurant and earning points for eating at some of my favorites... what's not to love. Being able to make, modify or cancel reservations without having to call is the best.

I love the ability to not guess if a restaurant is going to be packed to the brim or not. It secures your ability to get a table at your favorite spot and not guess if itll be available or not.

They clearly have invested in the product and the user experience, both for the proprietor and the end user.

This is a great tool and very easy to use to book tables at pretty nice restaurants all across the city.

It's great how this app integrates with Google maps. It makes searching for a restaurant then making a reservation much simpler since it's all baked into one place.

The program will sometimes glitch and go offline.

I have had great experience using Opentable especially in such a big city where everyone is looking for similar reservations.

Never once have I had a problem with this app in booking or reserving a table at a restaurant.

Nothing from open table, I got annoyed when a restaurant no longer used Open Table and stopped taking reservations, but that is on the restaurant, not open table.

OpenTable is a cloud-based restaurant management solution that enables restaurant managers to accept online reservations and optimize seating arrangements. It is suitable for restaurants of all sizes.


OpenTable is available in two modules: Connect and Guest Center. The Connect module records reservations and can be configured to give guests information about offers and promotions. Automatic email and text notifications are sent to guests when they make a reservation.
