Managinng.com is a cloud-based hotel management solution that features the creation of reservation plans, recording guest history and tracking expenses. Its reservation feature allows users to maintain schedules of existing and new guests which includes check-in and check-out date, duration of stay, price per day and total cost of the reservation.

Users can manage reservations page by adding details about hotel and room type, create rate periods along with prices, update guest status using color-codes and more. They can also present the data in a calendar or list view in which each booking can be moved by dragging to another date. The solution also manages guest history information that can be supplemented with custom notes, preferences for rooms and contact information.

The solution is priced on a per room per month subscription basis. Support is available via phone and email.

    This program is s easy to use. It has a very smooth interface and navigation is completely sensible.

    Cons

    I do wish I could do just slightly more customization, but this doesn't effect the use of the program.

    THIS PROGRAM I HAVE IT 2 YEARS AND IT IS VERY EASY TO USE ALSO IT PRINTS INVOICE O RECEIPTS . I CAN ADD A RESERVATION FROM MY TABLET OR CHECK MY ARRIVALS EVEN WHICH ROOM IS CLEANED OR NOT!

    THERE IS NO CONS THAT I CAN FIND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE WHEN I AM CALLING THEM . I AM LUCKY THAT I FOUND IT

    cloud based, ideal for small to medium hotels at the moment, reasonable pricing, helpful staff, regular updates

    Cons

    not very convenient for mobile use,because it is a web based software, you can use the software only when you are connected to internet

    Pros: Very clean interface, not complicated controls and screens, fast responses, lot of features, good price for what it is. Cons: If they add invoice printing then it will be complete. I thinks it's great for a medium size hotel like mine!
