  • Pros

  • I like the ease of use from the HR perspective and the ability to see exactly what the employee sees within the system when trying to help them.
  • That we are able to put our employees information into, so it stores it safely.
  • Cons

  • It cost more money to have iSolved than it would (including risk) of having paper time cards.
  • We had been with Paychoice, then Sage, then Isolved. Launch was terrible with no help.

  • It's user friendly and there's so much you can do in the software. UltiPro is always finding new ways of making their tool better and I love that part.
  • Looks nice, positions itself as the best HRIS out there, but not worth the money. Has all the modules you would ever need though.
  • Cons

  • The aesthetics of the software is ugly and it has a terrible layout compared to others that are in the market like ADP.
  • Just finding the correct fields you need for the reports is difficult and then figuring out how to merge or link them is even more difficult.
