A platform that actually helps us manage feedback and data

We invested in a tool like 3sixtylite to move away from Survey Monkey for our manager upward feedback survey. We selected 3sixtylite over others because of its survey, questions, and report customizations; survey administrative benefits, user interface, and data maintenance. Just by improving the process on the back-end, we saw huge improvements in our response rate, increased data anonymity, improved our communications approach to increase participation, and we could quickly generate reports and data with speed. Overall, we had more faith in our data, and with 3sixtylite's customer success approach, they made us feel supported throughout the entire process. We see 3sixtylite being a talent development partner for us going forward.

Carmarthenshire Council

We've been using this tool for quite a few years. It's easy to use and adaptable according to the type of feedback we need, for example we recently used it to gather clinical feedback for Occupational Health nurses.

Pros

The adaptability is the most useful feature of this software. I particularly like the way we can create our own feedback questions and mould the questionnaire for specific purposes. Also the tech support is excellent.

Cons

Reports are expensive compared to other tools we use. Also, we need a Welsh language version which isn't currently available.

Really impressed with the results! Made a big great impact as part of our development programme.

Having used a few previous systems, was initially reluctant to change provider. However after weighing the benefits of the language support and the new customer discounts offered it made sense to give it a go. The team at 3sixty where fantastic, and guided us where we needed. But actually needed very little support. It was very easy to use and all the assessment were completed by staff in record time. Kudos to 3sixty, really great product.

3sixtylite is a great piece of Software!

This has saved us hours in administration. Functionality provided is what you expect from a major software supplier, the user interface is easily understood, becoming an expert doesn't take long! Editing of Reports and Questionnaires is comprehensive and easily configured. Customer service staff are very supportive and technically astute.

It's worth the investment

Pros

I like the adaptability of the service, the report customization and how I am able to manage all the information gathered.

Cons

It is an expensive service, and most languages are available. We did not keep ours very long because of "in house cutbacks", but the time we did use it, it was very user friendly, and their customer support always responded promptly.

Very user friendly and easy to customize

flexible to adjust to company layout, also during the process to add or delete, the customer service is excellent, very short response times
