Simple, inexpensive award system.

We're a small team and don't really have a management layer. A tool like this is important to stay connected to each other.

PROS

We were looking for something that was easy to use and was obvious how you were supposed to use it. We looked at a bunch of options and they were all sort of a mess. This was the cheapest product we looked at.

CONS

Their green default branding is not for me. If you use the free version you are stuck with it.

Reason for choosing Accolader

It was the easiest to get started with and it is the least expensive.

Easy to use and a great way to keep employees happy

Wonderful layout, and overall positive feedback from my coworkers.

PROS

Employees have an avenue to recognize their coworkers in a meaningful way. The activity feeds are easy to follow, easy to read and easy to contribute to.

CONS

I like everything about it, I just wish I could change the background color behind the feed threads
