my only complaint is that its linked to your SIN number so you dont realize that youre taxed on the prizes you receive when you file your taxes. could be a shock

Achievers Points: Simple, Effective Recognition

Fantastic platform! Easy to use as an employer when issuing points and amazing for employees when they redeem points. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. Recognition is seamless and rewarding, with employees able to instantly celebrate their peers' achievements in real-time. We use it also to issue service awards and this works perfectly as well - much easier then giving gifts as this way the employees have the choice to redeem the points for what they actually want. Overall, Achievers Points has been an excellent addition to our company, and we’re excited to continue using it to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our team. Highly recommended for any organization looking to improve employee engagement and recognition!

Easy to use and lots of options to choose from! Achievers facilitates real-time recognition, allowing colleagues to celebrate each other's accomplishments instantly. This boosts morale and promote a positive work environment. I also love that you can use it to track and celebrate work anniversaries!

Cons:

While there are a lot of reward options, the rewards catalog could benefit from more variety, especially for employees in different countries or regions.

Achievers offered a broader range of recognition features, such as customizable recognition programs, peer-to-peer recognition, and manager-to-employee recognition. Kudos was limited in these areas, so switching to Achievers provided us with more flexibility and options for employee recognition.

A positive rewards and recognition program. It is a good way to show appreciation to employees and give them something tangible for their efforts. While the rewards could feel more affordable and the experience could be a little more polished, it still serves its purpose well and adds a nice extra benefit in the workplace.

Nice program for employee recognition and rewards. I like that it gives people a way to feel appreciated for their work and allows them to earn points toward rewards. It is encouraging to see recognition from the company and sometimes from coworkers too. The platform is also fairly easy to use, and the reward options give it real value.

Cons:

The main downside is that rewards can sometimes feel expensive for the number of points needed. Depending on what is available, the selection may not always feel exciting or worth waiting for. The platform can also feel a little basic in some areas and could be improved to make the experience smoother and more engaging.

Pros:

My company offers various gift cards redemption with different value options from Achievers as well other products similar as other online stores, as an employee appreciation token for work related contributions from management. Personally, I like to pick Achievers simply because the redemption reward value is not discounted as much as other online products, but also the redemption process is simple, easy and secure from my experiences. Also, I always received the online gift cards within one hour from Achievers. I have also recommended my colleagues to pick Achievers gift cards which provided flexibility on choices to spend on using the gift cards.

Cons:

The least I like about Achievers is that I print a either hard copy of the Achievers gift card or keep the soft copy in my email. To print a hard copy, I need keep the paper copy, and stuff the A4 size paper inside my wallet. To keep a soft copy in my email, I need search around my emails on my phone. If there is a way to print a credit card size of paper copy with the redemption bar code, then it would be perfect in my case.

Great Peer recognition Program . Really like the smooth integration with other platforms, and Notifications, Celebrations for Birthdays and Anniversaries.

Cons:

Missing the following: 1)Link to a Recommendation Post which I can share with others through email/Teams, though option to CC a Reco mitigates it to some extent. 2)Its not possible to see last month's Team's report without manually selecting the month and year, which is very cumbersome. 3)The Rackers pics on summary digest email are not updated. Had raised a query to support for it but did not get any response.

Cons:

Navigation to get to the completion of the Recognize. I add the teammates to be Recognized, write up the Recognition, then add other to be notified. IMO A little clunky.

Company made a decision to retire Slack and move to Recognize only.

There are a lot of ways to simply select a button or two to award users points for Gift Cards and I am done. I have been impressed how well the A.I. rewriter does not make me appear as crazy as I may be. My notes look pretty professional. This also didn’t take an hour to set up and that was nice since I had plenty else to get done that morning. It’s good.

Cons:

I dislike the fact that all of your earned points expire after one calendar month. To me this doesn’t make any sense. It has become a treasure hunt trying to determine the dollar amount of my Achievers, whether or not I have enough to purchase a Starbucks Card or even a full meal.
